Grandparents' Day: A Celebration of Generations

CP Vidya Niketan School, located in Kaimganj, Farrukhabad, hosted a vibrant Grandparents’ Day celebration on November 15, 2025, honoring the invaluable role of elders in family and society. The event began with a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony led by dignitaries including Dr. Mithilesh Agrawal, Director of CP Group, and Anjur Raje, Deputy Director of CP International School Foundation. School administrators Satyaprakash Agrawal and Beena Agrawal, along with local leaders such as Rupa Gupta and Amar Singh Khatik, added grace to the occasion, reinforcing the school’s commitment to cultural values and intergenerational respect.

A Stage Alive with Talent

The celebration featured a series of heartfelt performances by students, including songs, dances, and poetry recitations dedicated to their grandparents. Children welcomed their elders with traditional tilak and floral tributes, creating a warm and festive atmosphere. Dressed in vibrant traditional attire, the students showcased India’s rich heritage through their artistic expressions. The stage was adorned with colorful decorations, and the performances highlighted moral teachings, gratitude, and the importance of family bonds.
